JOB SUMMARY:

Functions as the office manager for the Early Childhood Center Director and Elementary Principal, responsible for the accurate and secure organization of student records and the administrative support of day to day ECC/Elementary Department operations such as: creating reports, organizing travel and accommodation, scheduling meetings, taking notes, ordering supplies, coordinating requests. Provide high-level administrative support of academic programs.

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs administrative duties for the Early Childhood Director and Elementary Principal.
Maintains the school administrators’ appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, training, and other events.
Conserves school administrators’ time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence. Collect and analyze data and draft letters and documents as needed.
Manage day-to-day operations of the administrative office.
Maintains student database as well as the staff training database and staff certifications.
Assist in the reconciliation of credit card expenses and reimbursement.
Communicate information about any building activities, program needs or requests with ability to apply critical thinking related to priority.

Must be ASL Proficient
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to adhere to deadlines and work independently
Secretarial experience preferred
