Job Description | The Vice President of Talent and Culture is a people-friendly, go-getter, with strategic, forward-thinking superpowers. This role will operate at all levels of the organization to recruit, engage and retain a quality workforce and drive organizational effectiveness, with the focus of developing human capital strategies and aligning resources across the organization for both current and future needs. This role requires thorough knowledge of all areas of Human Resources, developing strategies and implementing best practices, particularly within a diverse organization comprised of deaf and hard of hearing employees. This position oversees the Talent and Culture Team. |
