Job Purpose:

The IT Administrator is responsible for operational efficiency and support of internal applications and hardware for our employees. The IT Administrator will also be responsible for sourcing and managing COPE devices for our end users and support a broader range of devices in compliance with our BYOD guidelines.

Essential Functions:
- Support end-users remotely within cloud platforms like Carbon Black, G-Suite, JAMF, Slack, Workspace One, Zoom, among others
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues for end-users remotely
- Promote security measures and best practices
- Support on IT projects
- Act as an escalation point of contact for internal end-user hardware and software issues
- Works across the organization to determine various support needs.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of best security practices using cloud-based technology.
- Ability to quickly learn technologies and products using documentation and internet resources
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience managing users in Okta and G-suite
- Experience with ticketing documentation
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and proactive skills
- Ability to successfully exhibit Cloudbeds’ core values (Grit, Kaizen, Discovery, Stronger together, Welcoming, Presence, Mop bucket attitude, Positive intent)

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or Technical IT Certification preferred
- 3 - 5 years of experience in IT administration of Windows and OSX operating systems required.
- Certifications for SaaS platforms such as AWS, G-suite, Salesforce, etc. would be a plus
- Experience with UniFi devices and home office networks would be a plus
- Fluent in English
