    Students arriving on the RIT campus this semester have a variety of activities awaiting them, including outdoor concerts, individual fitness pods, clubs, volunteer and leadership opportunities, intramurals and more. Last week, first-year students began orientation, where students were welcomed in small groups to tour the campus, watch outdoor movies, and sample fare from food trucks.

    A self-driving miniature car race was held at RIT March 4. Student coders from RIT, MCC and University of Rochester competed to see who could program the fastest Amazon Web Services (AWS) DeepRacer car. The challenge was run by RIT and EagleDream Technologies.
