RIT is preparing its engineering graduates for those growing demands and was recognized by the American Society of Engineering Education as part of its national commitment to improve diversity within university engineering programs.

RIT’s Camp Tiger program offers an extensive choice of summer workshops for students in third through 12th grade, varying from Zuckerberg Media’s “Sue’s Tech Kitchen: Mission to Mars” to “DIY: Design it Yourself, a Fashion Maker’s Camp,” to “Dungeons and Dragons,” “Electronic Music and Sound Production” and “Crash Course in 3D Printing.”

Brittney Teed and Mitchell Hitchcock, seniors at Livonia High School, and Maggie Dempsey, a senior at Avon High School, are recipients of this year’s annual E. Philip Saunders Endowed Business Scholarship at RIT. The students have been accepted at RIT’s Saunders College of Business where they will begin classes in the fall.
